The fee of $450 provides you with the following services from T. Jay O’Brien:
- Two thorough readings of your screenplay.
- Page notes referring to specifics in the script that work or do not work. These fresh impressions and observations are stated as experienced when and where they occur in the script. They will be further detailed in the written critique.
- A 10 to 15 page written critique and evaluation of the script covering but not limited to the topics of:
- General Overview
- Story Specifics
- Characters
- Structure
- Dialogue
- Genre
- Theme
- Format
- A 30 – minute phone call to discuss any aspects or answer any questions regarding the script and evaluation. (Additional one-on-one phone time is $40 per 30-minutes.)
Payment is accepted by Bank check or personal check; personal check will require additional time to clear. Payment must be submitted with script. In the event check bounces and accrues fees, all fees and payments must be fully cleared before work will commence.
Script MUST INCLUDE SASE for return. (Kindly include envelope large enough to fit script plus written critique, self-addressed and with sufficient postage.)
Scripts must be in Final Draft or MS Word format.
Scripts may be emailed, however they will be subject to a $15 printing fee and $5 return mailing fee. (Total $470)
All evaluations are done fully and completely by T. Jay himself. You will not have any other individuals reading the script and writing critiques overseen by T. Jay.
